This report compares spending on health and results over time in England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland and also north east of England. Relevant for programme budgeting, decentralization and sector boards - good cross the board material!

Really interesting study - I only read the summary but was a little disappointed that there didn't seem to be account taken of incomes or age profiles in each region - most likely the biggest determinants of high level health outcomes.
