HCL Consultants is currently looking for 2 Senior Experts for 47 days each.
The TL should be an expert in Public Finance Management reforms and the Second Expert should be in Human Resources mobilisation and management.
The project is entitled: "Development of a comprehensive training development plan", with indicative starting date the 16/01/2012.
The profile requirements are as follows:
TL:
- 15 years experience in Public Finance Management Reforms
- Experience in Skills transfer and institutional and capacity development
- Strong knowledge of Public Finance sector management information systems
- Specific experience in organisational development and change management in the public sector
KE II:
- Qualification in Human Resource Mobilisation and management or related field
- At least 10 years experience in institutional reform within the public sector of which at least the past five years ion developing countries
- Experience in skills transfer and institutional and capacity development
- Very strong knowledge of capacity and organisational development
