This is to inform you about the project in Uruguay concerning tecnical Assistance for Public finance performance measurement and PEFA, expertise required is the following:
Team Leader experience
Minimum 10 years of experience in the field of Public Finance and Macroeconomy analysis
PEFA Evaluation experience is a must
Fluency in Spanish language
Experience in Latinamerica and specially in Uruguay is highly valuated
Experience with EC, World Bank or IDB
The deadline to submit Cvs is on December 14th 2010
