Training Module for Performance Based Budgeting
« on: November 25, 2010, 08:20:16 GMT »
Last week I completed a training course on performance based budgeting for the Budget Office in the Parliament of Georgia (financed by UNDP).

As the seminar was very well received, I have decided to post the materials I used during each of the five-day sessions.

Today, first day,  you have the overall training program and the general presentation I made to introduce the issues to be further analysed in the following days.

Hope you like it. Feedbacks are much welcomed!

I reviewed this material on performance budgeting and found it useful.  I am interested to get some material on performance based budgeting directed toward local governments.  A manual developed for specific local governments or a general manual on performance budgeting for local governments would be interesting.
