IBF international consulting is looking for an expert for a mission in DRC with the following profile:
• Expertise in working on PFM issues in a development environment
• Experience of working with the World Bank and in supporting wider donor coordination
• Expertise and experience in working anti-corruption issues in a development environment
• High level of analytical skills; negotiation and influencing experience; and ability to demonstrate capacity to work effectively within a team
• Creativity and independence, ability to adapt to emerging priorities and play a significant role in contributing to both policy development and programme design
• Capacity to manage and develop staff
• Fluency in French; English to a high standard
SAFE Training is required.
Timeframe:
DFID DRC needs an experienced and high performing individual to cover a maternity leave, from January 2013 to June 2013.
