Another year has passed and we have a new PFM Boarder of the Year, for 2015.

He is Chandra (http://pfmboard.com/index.php?action=profile;area=summary;u=6504 )
As Moderator of the External Audit Board (http://pfmboard.com/index.php?board=26.0 ) he has contributed to keep the PFM Community abreast of the latest developments in this important area of PFM.
