The Danish Technological Institute (DTI),
www.dti.dk, has received a new call: "
Tehcnical Support to the Formulation of the future EU Public Finance Management Reform Programme (Action Fiche)".
The assignment is for two senior experts for 32 and 27 man-days, respectively, starting January 16, 2012 to be completed with a maximum 80 days.
Senior expert 1:
Team Leader/Economist – PFM specialistQualifications and skills:- At least Master degree in Economics, PFM or equivalent,
- Synthesis capacity and ability to draft clear and concise reports,
- Fluency in English,
- Fluency in Russian and/or Tajik, at least of one of the experts, is an asset.
General professional experience:- At least 10 years of professional experience in PFM/Economics field,
- Previous experience in PFM reforms in developing countries.
Specific professional experience:- At least 3 years of professional experience in development co-operation matters,
- A good knowledge of the EU guidelines and procedures and proven leadership and
people management skills. Participation in EU-funded projects as Team Leader is an
advantage (in case of such previous EU experience, please provide a certificate of
satisfactory execution of the services rendered to EU),
- At least one assignment (of at least 1 year) in implementing PFM reforms in transition
countries, preferably in Eastern Europe or CIS countries and experience as team leader,
- Strong analytical skills coupled with a proven capacity of handling programme formulation,
including programme formulation missions, preferably EU-funded.
Senior expert 2:

- Strong analytical skills coupled with a proven capacity of handling programme formulation,
including programme formulation missions, preferably EU-funded.
