Civil society has always remained key stakeholder for SAIs as they have interest in SAIs performances and power to influence the performance of SAIs. SAIs engagement with civil society in different SAis has evidenced encouraging contribution to the transparency and accountability in public sector. Keeping in mind the benefits of engaging with civil society, The Capacity Building Committee of INTOSAI has come up with new publication named " Engaging with Civil "Engagement with Civil Society- A Framework for SAIs"
