The Institute of Public Administration of Canada (IPAC) has followed the PFM Board footsteps launching a series of e-Dialogues.

'The Institute of Public Administration of Canada (IPAC) is pleased to announce that Geraldine Fraser-Moleketi, Director of the Democratic Governance Group, Bureau for Development Policy at UNDP will host the second IPAC e-Dialogue on Democratic Development.
From November 21 to 30, 2012, Ms. Fraser-Moleketi will be exploring, with you the latest debates and discussion on the global fight against corruption. The discussion will also draw on the proceedings of the upcoming 15th International Conference on Anti-Corruption organized by the Transparency International being held in Brasilia, Brazil from the 7-10 November 2012 and UNDP’s recent e-discussion held in August and September 2012.
Geraldine Fraser-Moleketi served in the South African Government for over 14 years, most recently as Minister for Public Service and Administration and Member of the South African Parliament. Prior to this, she was Minister of Welfare and Population Development. She has also served in a number of leadership roles within Parliament, including Chairperson of the Sub-Committee on Rules of the National Assembly of the Parliament of South Africa. Ms. Fraser-Moleketi also served in the United Nations Committee of Experts on Public Administration, established by the UN’s Economic and Social Council.
