Bolt international consulting is looking for two senior experts (Team Leader & second expert) with 7 years of experience on analysis or audit of PFM in developing countries + experience in the areas of public procurement, taxation, policy-based budgeting, internal and external control.
Prior experience in Jamaica or other Caribbean countries is a distinct asset.
The input of the experts is of 47 days each, of which 27 of field mission. 2-3 field missions (in Kingston, Jamaica) are foreseen.
