Title: Deadline to submit Report of SAI Head

Dear Professional colleagues,

Please reflect your views on whether the constitution/ or equivalent law of the country should prescribe specific deadline to submit Head of Supreme Audit Institution's Report or this should be left flexible at Head of SAI's discretion. Express your views in light of Lima Declaration (ISSAI 1), Mexico Declaration on SAI Independence (ISSAI 10) and other International Good Practices.
