Title: Parable on what happens when reasonable PFM managment is overthrown

Watch Shaun (sic - terrible anglicized spelling) the Sheep the Movie for what happens when reasonable (PFM) management is overthrown and replaced by ..........- well watch it and judge.  No language spoken so all can enjoy.  Clearly have had a long flight with nothing to watch which was of interest until I stumbled on this.
