Title: Open Budgets Game
Post by: Napodano on July 15, 2013, 09:20:13 GMT
The International Budget Partnership (http://internationalbudget.org/ ) has released the interactive e-learning Open Budgets Game http://openbudgetsgame.org/.

'The new version of the game offers better game play, improved functionality, a blog for user feedback, and the ability to download the game to a computer. And now the game can be played in Arabic and Mandarin, too.

In the game, players travel to the imaginary country of Polarus to work with a budget advocacy group to investigate whether public resources are being used to fight poverty and improve the lives of poor and marginalized people. Players explore development problems, discover how government budgets affect developments, and much more.'

I have not tried it yet but I like the idea for a modern, didactic tool. Awaiting feedbacks from other PFMBoarders.
