Colleagues:   As a follow up to this presentation I have prepared with assistance of Mauro a video presentation on the PEM cycle that I hope will be useful for your work.  It presents a PEM cycle specific to a UNDP program in Somalia, but illustrates the generic steps in the PEM cycle that is applicable on a broader basis.  I welcome any comments on the presentation
