DFC has been shortlisted by the WB for a project to undertake a performance management evaluation on local public finance for the city of Cotonou using the PEFA methodology adapted to local government agencies. We are looking for an international expert in local public finance, with at least 15 years expeirence in budgetary control, financial management, public accounts and public markets, including 5 years in French speaking Africa, preferably in West Africa. The deadline for presenting the proposal is 21st October. Reports will be prepared and presented in English.
