Title: Research Questionnaire-Public-Private Partnerships for disaster reconstruction

I would like to invite your valuable input into the questionnaire survey of a research project: Public-Private-People Partnerships for Disaster Preparedness, Mitigation and Post-disaster Reconstruction in  the Department of Civil Engineering, at the University of Hong Kong. It aims to integrate ‘people’ (communities, NGOs, media and etc.) into PPP to achieve better disaster management and sustainable development. This set of questionnaire was designed to be completed in about 10 minutes for professionals with PPP experience and you do not need to have disaster management knowledge.
