Title: Kosovo 2011 Budget

Assembly of Kosovo today finally passed the 2011 Budget of the Republic of Kosovo. Among other, the 2011 Budget includes the Transfer of Assets from Public to Private Ownership, 30% (aggregate) increase in Salaries & Wages category, and the very important "Dr. Ibrahim Rugova" motorway project. 

Draft Budget Law, Developments and Projections of Kosovo Economy, dated 15 March, published in www.mef-rks.org webpage  and don't expect final version to contain any significant change compared to these.  Nevertheless, as soon as the Final 2011 Budget Documentation is made available, I will post it in PFMBoard.

I would like to add that the budget has been promulgated by Acting President, tomorrow will be published in the Official Gazzete, therefore will become fully applicable, and the Treasury Department of Ministry of Finance will be able to process payments according the appropriations contained in the Budget Law.
