Last week I completed a training course on performance based budgeting for the Budget Office in the Parliament of Georgia (financed by UNDP).

As the seminar was very well received, I have decided to post the materials I used during each of the five-day sessions.

Today, first day,  you have the overall training program and the general presentation I made to introduce the issues to be further analysed in the following days.
