How to Increase Audit Impact?
Increasing Audit impact has always been challenge for most of SAIs worldwide. It has even been more challenging to those SAIs who don not have sanctioning powers. Usually in the countries where SAI has wesminster model may face such situations. In those situation, SAIs role is limited to a role of barking dog not the biting dog. However, there are ways how SAI can increase impact of their audit results. Among those includes:
   (1) Enhanced communication for wide reach of audit results
   (2) Engagement of stakeholders in audit process (CSOs, Lobbying Groups, Anti-corruption Campaigners etc.)
   (3) Improved relation with parliament and its committees

Where SAI can not demonstrate impact of its work to the citizens, it looses its relevance as citizens do not get benefit and value from SAI's works.
