We are looking for
We are looking for a Team Leader/ Public Finance Management Senior Expert
Education and skills
• Master Degree (University education of at least four years) 3 in a relevant field
(Economics/Finance/ Public Administration and others as related to Lot 11) or minimum of 10
years of relevant professional experience in the field of public finance management;
• Proven knowledge of the EU guidelines and procedures on Budget Support and Sector Policy
Support Programme (SPSP);
• Management skills coupled with proven capacity of handling programme review tools and
methodologies;
• Communication skills, coaching skills, synthesis capacity and ability to draft reports clearly
and concisely
General professional experience
At least 10 years of relevant experience in the sectors related to Lot 11
Specific professional experience
At least 5 years of cumulative experience in the following areas:
• Budget support programmes;
• Implementation and evaluation of poverty reduction programmes;
• Public Expenditure Management, budget preparation and execution mechanisms;
Work experience in transition countries; Experience in Eastern Europe, Caucasus and Central Asia area would be an asset.
Indicative starting date: 2011-10-24
Foreseen finishing date: 2012-07-31
Working days: 42 WDs
