Hi, NTU is looking for a Senior Expert with the following qualifications:
• MSc or equivalent in public financial management related discipline
• Fluency in English both written and oral
• Proven excellent communication and presentation skills
Professional experience:
• At least 10 years of professional experience in public budgeting/public
sector auditing/public expenditure management
• Demonstrable experience in conducting PFM assessments according
to the Performance Measurement Framework of the PEFA is
mandatory
• Experience in public finance management in social sectors
