It introduces the IMF's new public investment management tool - PIMA - which it intends to develop into a comprehensive assessment of PIM practices.

Great read - thank you.  PIMA is interesting as a drill down of the WB tool.  Also liked the attempt to estimate efficiency.

The IMF is currently piloting the PIMA tool in a number of countries around the world.
