Good practice in peer-to-peer partnerships in SAI Community
« on: January 24, 2019, 05:19:48 GMT »
There is diverse position regarding the level of development of Supreme Audit Institutions (SAIs) around the globe. Some are matured and at developed stage stage whereas some others specially the SAIs in LDCs and developing countries are quite behind the levels required to serve their constitutional or legal mandates. Peer to peer partnership can help to strengthen capacity of SAIs that need improvement for their institutional development.
In this regards, the Capacity Building Committee of INTOSAI has, recently, come up with an occasional paper entitled "Sustainable organisational change– good practice in peer-to-peer partnerships". This paper serves to raise issues and stimulate discussion on current themes and the key lessons from the theme discussed on peer-to-peer cooperation during the CBC’s annual meeting in Kuwait in 2018. It also draws on some other experiences and good practices.

For the benefit of those interested on this matter, I take this opportunity to share this paper with you all in PFM Board.

Thanking you.
With Best Regards,
Chandra Kanta Bhandari, FCA, CPFA
