Post-2015 Global Agenda

We are moving close to the real negotiation.

The UN has just released a document that should be the basis for negotiation (attached). Interesting reading.

Sadly no recognition of the underlying constraints from current problems such as  Ebola, Syria/Iraq/Palestine etc. and lack of effective response that makes these worthy goals achievement subject to that same malaise.  Perhaps, only perhaps, I am becoming cynical in my impending dotage.
