The third component of the project is related to the development of integrated management information systems and related ICT solutions to support the reform objectives of the project. The Albanian Financial Management Information System (AFMIS), IPS Information System (IPSIS), and the External Assistance Management Information System (EAMIS) will be integrated within the scope of this component. HRMIS/Payroll system and its interface with the Treasury system (AGFIS) for electronic payment of salaries are also included within the scope.
